An Actual Healthy Breakfast (Not Gummy Bears Wrapped In A Fruit Roll-Up)

This post is a part of Akshara's healthy food era. We don't know how long it will last, so make sure to enjoy it while it's there!

This mango chia pudding is DELICIOUS. I ate all of it in one sitting. It was a bit runny, though. I think the runniness of the pudding came from the fact that I used a mix of cashew milk and regular milk instead of sticking to one type.

I combined a squeeze of honey (measuring cup: heart), five teaspoons of chia seeds, 3/4 of a cup of cashew milk, and 1/4 of a cup of cow milk in a bowl. I then let it sit overnight (I took the pictures + ate it the next morning!).

After the pudding had thickened a little, I added alternating layers of the pudding and chopped mango and topped it with goji berries!
