Day 208 (25th March)
I've been so tired ever since school started that I've barely had time to even think. I wanted to get over with baking today, so I wasn't really thinking of what to make. But I did end up with something okay-ish?
These bread chips literally took me 15 minutes. I just cut up some bread, baked it in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, and then served them. Please be careful of the baking time since it varies with the type of oven.
They tasted good enough and were quite filling! I'd recommend using a "flavoured" bread (think focaccia) to give the chips more ~spice~. You could always improve on the flavour by using a better dip, though. I just used a packaged momo dip.
