Brownie.
Day 364 (28th August)

This single-serve brownie was heavenly. So, it shouldn't come as a surprise that the recipe was from Ash Baber.
It uses melted chocolate as well as cocoa powder, which makes it so rich and delicious. Also, it uses a whole egg, which causes the brownie to be so decadent.
If you're looking for the perfect dessert for your meal, I'd recommend this brownie. Just pop it in the oven before lunch, and take it out as soon as you're done!
I served the brownie with coffee and walnut ice cream. The two paired so well! The walnuts provided a crunch, and the coffee had a subtle flavour that complemented the chocolate well.
Yes, I am aware that this post reads as some elegant review, but it was just that good. 10/10.
