Brownie But Pudding

Day 157 (2nd February)

My history with pudding (read: underbaked cakes) goes way back. For Valentine's Day in 2012(?), my dad, my brother, and I attempted to make a chocolate cake for my mom. Except we underbaked it. We thought we had made a disastrous mistake, so we started eating it before my mom came home.

Little did we know that it would turn out to be one of the gooiest cakes we've ever tasted! It tasted like a cross between a cake, souffle, and pudding in the best way possible.

I attempted to do a similar thing with this mini brownie. I underbaked it by around 5-7 minutes, and the result was delicious gooiness. I highly recommend doing this at least once in your life. Otherwise, you're missing out.
