Chilli Oil Noodles

The concept of chilli oil is fascinating. You combine two common kitchen ingredients to make something that is so delicious!

When I was recommended this chilli oil noodles recipe from Moribyan, I knew I had to make it as soon as possible. I had to wait for two to five business days, though, for the spring onions to arrive. Apparently, there is a spring onion shortage in my city. I think it's because of the seasonal changes.

I made these noodles with Maggi, and they were SO, SO good! I definitely have to make them again.

Also, yes, I am obsessed with noodles because I can eat them with chopsticks.
