Chocolate Chip Cookies + Caramel Cookie Coffee Shake

Day 289 (14th June)

Edit: It has come to my attention that I spelt caramel wrong. Public apologies all around.

This was honestly so, so delicious.

Okay, so I made two things today. The first was chocolate chip cookies. For that, I used this recipe, BUT without any chill time. They still came out perfect because I solidified the brown butter by whisking the butter in a dish filled with ice and water.

Also, I engulfed my mixing bowl in the ice water bowl so that the dough was more solid. 10/10, would recommend.

Now, onto the second item, which was a chocolate chip caramel coffee milkshake. AMAZING.

The Recipe In A Weird Format (One Serving)

I used one and a half cups of milk, blended it with a tablespoon of coffee, and two teaspoons of granulated sugar. Then, I added about two tablespoons of caramel sauce to a glass. I poured the coffee in and topped the whole concoction with whipped cream and cookie crumbs.

Pro-tip: Use a straw and stir everything up before slurping it. Enhances the caramel taste.
