Day 99 (06/12): Chocolate Cupcakes

These are quite basic chocolate cupcakes. I used Nigella Lawson's chocolate loaf recipe for them. The loaf was just SO soft that I knew it would be perfect as a cupcake!

For the frosting, I had a bit of whipped cream (+ sugar) in the fridge, to which I added some drinking chocolate powder. I was out of cocoa powder but drinking chocolate powder does about the same job! I also dusted the cupcakes with the powder to 'make it fancy' (Rie style!).
