Churro Ice Cream Sandwich

Day 258 (14th May)

Sneak is me. Me is sneaky.

I piped these churros when I made the other churros, but I froze them for around two days (kept them in the fridge for the last two hours) to make churro ice cream sandwiches.

I saw this ~treat~ a while ago and absolutely fell in love with it. I simply had to make it. So I did. Hehe. (I promise I usually write better than this. It's just that I am a little poopy when it comes to blog writing).

Anyway, I made these churros the same way (following this recipe), but after letting them cool down until they reached room temperature, I stuffed some ice cream between them. I used vanilla ice cream, but you could use any flavour. The world's your oyster. Or rather, the ice cream parlour is your oyster.

Ta-da! Homemade ice-cream sandwich. 10/10.
