Covfefe Pudding

Day 306 (1st July)

Y'all, it's literally July. Where did all the months go?

Anyway, today I made this coffee pudding. I honestly don't know where I was going with this. It turned out pretty okay, though.

Recipe (For One Serving)


For the pudding:

  • One cup of almond milk

  • Two tablespoons of cornstarch

  • Two tablespoons of powdered coffee, sifted

  • Two tablespoons of milk powder, sifted

  • Four tablespoons of powdered sugar, sifted

Optional: Toppings of choice


1) In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and a tablespoon of almond milk.

2) In a medium saucepan, add the coffee, powdered sugar, and the rest of the almond milk.

3) Bring the mixture to a boil on medium heat. Continuously whisk the mixture.

4) Add in the cornstarch slurry. Whisk continuously.

5) Cook the mixture for about five to seven minutes or till it reaches your desired consistency.

6) Pour the mixture into a glass and set it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

7) Serve cold! You can top the pudding with whipped cream. I added some dalgona candy on top as well!
