Day 4 (02/09): Gluten-free Chocolate Cake

On day 4, I made John Kanell's One-Bowl Flourless Cake. This recipe has to be my favourite one so far. It tastes like a crossover between a truffle and a cake – absolutely amazing!


This cake is gluten-free and tastes best after refrigeration, with a dollop of whipped cream (according to me :P).

The cake is sort of molten in the middle – kind of like a lava cake

If you're looking for a cake that can be whipped up in a snap, I'd go for this! It doesn't require many utensils and is perfect for when you have a last-minute guest with a gluten allergy.
