Day 7 (05/09): Red Velvet Bundt Cake

On day 7, I was craving a red velvet cake, but I didn't want to bake the traditional cake with the cream cheese frosting simply because of the time it takes. I mean, it does look wonderful, but man, does that take up your whole day!

Instead, I went with this red velvet bundt cake recipe. It took me only around one and a half hours, and it was one of the best cakes I've tasted! The baked cream cheese filling tastes like a bite of heaven.
