Is Biscoff Overhyped?

Day 339 (3rd August)

I must say the Biscoff hype is worth it. I feel like a savage whenever I'm left alone with a Biscoff bottle.

Anyway, this one-pot Biscoff cheesecake is so, so delicious!

I used this recipe from Fitwaffle Kitchen, and it did not disappoint. The base was Lotus Biscoff cookies with melted butter.

To make the cheesecake batter, all you had to do was combine cream cheese, icing sugar, and Biscoff spread and wait for around fifteen minutes for it to set.

After making the base and the batter, all that was left to do was decorate the top with melted Biscoff spread and a Lotus Biscoff cookie!
