Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Buns

I absolutely LOVED making these buns. I finally made a good yeast-risen baked good at home, and it was so yum!
It took me a long time to make these — even the kneading took twice as long as what was mentioned in the recipe. But it was definitely worth it. These looked store-bought! My mom asked me if I'd bought the buns and just made the filling. Honestly, best compliment ever (but also insult? Lol, jk).
The combination of the sweet cream cheese, the savoury garlic, and the hot bun is plain delicious. God bless the soul who came up with the recipe.
