These oatmeal cups are the perfect breakfast food. I scarfed down three of them before I realised how much I had eaten. And the best part is the only "unhealthy" ingredient was a tiny bit of ghee?
I filled the oatmeal cups with homemade yoghurt and diced mangoes. Mangoes aren't in season yet, but I found a diced packed mango pack in the fridge that was just about to expire, so I decided to save it from its inevitable death.
