Day 310 (5th July)

Okay, so I'm trying to eat a little healthier again — not fuel myself with junk. So, I decided to make a whole wheat pizza.

I know it is still pizza. But is it a healthier pizza? Yes.

I got the recipe from one of my new favourite YouTube channels. Here it is.

The only alteration I would make is par-baking the pizza crust. I tried that in only one of the four pizzas I made, and that was the only one that tasted fully cooked.

All you have to do is bake the pizza crust for about ten to fifteen minutes, then add your toppings and bake for an additional five to ten minutes. This ensures that the crust gets cooked while also ensuring that the toppings do not burn or overcook.

That's all, y'all. See you tomorrow!
