Repeat Coffee Loaf Cake

Day 130 (6th January 2022)

This coffee cake is an absolute treat! I love this so, so much. I've made this numerous times before, and it's such a hit that I keep coming back to it.

First off, the recipe is so detailed. Also, the way it is programmed is mind-blowing. You can change the ingredient amounts to fit your baking tin — so you don't have to be juggling complex math calculations when stressing out about using the wrong type of flour in your cake.

Everything in this recipe is perfection; I didn't adjust even one thing. I have nothing to blabber about except praises — it was just that good.
