Roll Cut Kulfi Is Way Too Good

Day 292 (17th June)

The one day I decide to make an icy treat because of the hot weather, the temperature drops by five degrees? Not that I'm complaining about the weather or the kulfi. If you can't tell by now, I just like being dramatic.

I used this recipe to make the kulfi. It took an annoyingly long amount of time to thicken up — especially since I had to keep stirring it — but after about an hour of prep, I was finally done. Then, all I had to do was wait for six hours for the kulfi to freeze.

I loved unmoulding the kulfi using a knife and lukewarm water — very calming process.
