Salted Caramel + Cream Cheese

I finally did it. I have wanted to make cream puffs for so long, and today, I took a leap of faith and went for it.
And... these cream puffs didn't disappoint at all!
I used this recipe, but I came up with my own fillings. Honestly, I was like a whiz — whipping up this delicious cream cheese filling and a salted caramel toffee sauce. I really felt like I knew what I was doing — that I was in my element. I want to feel that in the kitchen more.
I do not remember the exact ratios I used for the filling and the sauce. I should've noted them down, though, because this was a new sensation.
