Spiral Butter Cookies

Day 146 (22nd January)

I love butter cookies — they're one of my favourite snacks. I've been in love with their buttery goodness ever since I had Walker's cookies. I've talked about my love for Walker's before, so I'm not going to go into an in-depth rant again.

I accidentally overbaked them a little, but I shaped them using a small cookie cutter, so it was all good. I was earlier disappointed at the brown edges, but I'm in love with them after shaping!
