The Best Breakfast

Day 290 (15th June)



I woke up to find a new Preppy Kitchen video, so you know what I had to do — make the dish!


I made these chocolate chip scones, and let me tell you — they did not disappoint. I've made scones before, but they weren't as delicious because they didn't have the flaky layers. An important step in making scones is layering the dough so that you get the layers.


Anyway, I had these with Nutella and some coffee (don't be fooled by the picture — it was cold coffee). I was in heaven. This is honestly one of the best breakfasts I've ever had.
