This Cake Has Six Layers

Not going to lie — I was feeling so stressed today. So, I decided to make a Russian Medovik cake.

This cake has been on my bucket list for so long. Because I was stressing so much about school, I thought it might be good to get my mind off things for a bit while still getting something done. I spent the entire afternoon in the kitchen, rolling each layer to perfection till I got this cake.

It is definitely a hard process, but the end product is so, so delicious. It kind of reminds me of Biscoff and butterscotch at the same time — it's a unique flavour. Try it out and let me know how you like it :)
